September 23 marks the Autumn Equinox, when yin time (evening) and yang energy (daylight) are nearly equal. This time of near perfect balance is ideal for an acupuncture treatment.
The Autumn season, according to Chinese Medicine corresponds to balance and rhythm, and the organs of the lung - taking in inspiration and Divine connection, and the Large Intestine, letting go of what we don't need, and keeping what is of true value.
This is a perfect time to look at your lives and examine if you are living in accordance to your highest values, and what you can let go of that no longer serves you. This works on every level: Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually, and Mentally.
Some questions to ask yourself during this season:
What do I value most?
Am I happy with the rhythm of my day, my week, my month, my year?
Can I let go of a pattern that no longer serves?
Do I feel spiritually connected, or cut off?
How deep (or shallow) is my breathing, and do I remember to breath?
Looking forward to seeing you there!
